At EduQuest, we are committed to providing transparency and clarity in all our services. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses or purchasing any of our services.

This policy has been established to ensure that every student makes an informed, conscious decision prior to commitment. We strongly encourage all prospective students to utilise our free demo sessions and counselling before enrolling.

Free Demo Classes & Counselling

We offer free demo classes and counselling sessions so that you can make an informed decision before enrolling. These sessions are available to all prospective students at no charge.

These sessions allow you to evaluate our teaching methods, course structure, faculty expertise, and support system before making any financial commitment. We encourage every student to attend a demo and ask any questions they may have.

No Refund Once Enrolled

Once you enrol in any course or program, it will be considered your conscious and informed decision. By proceeding with enrolment, you confirm that you have evaluated the course and are satisfied with the information provided.

All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, change of mind, personal emergencies, or inability to complete the course for any reason.

Services Purchased are Final

Any service purchased — including but not limited to application guidance, profile building, essay reviews, counselling packages, or test preparation — will be treated as a conscious purchase decision made by the customer.

No refunds or cancellations will be entertained after payment is made. This applies to all products and service packages offered by EduQuest, whether purchased online or in person.

Responsibility of the Customer

Participation and engagement in classes, counselling sessions, and all programme activities are solely the responsibility of the enrolled student or customer. EduQuest is not liable for outcomes arising from non-participation or incomplete engagement with the programme.

Policy Acceptance

By enrolling in any of our courses or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.

This acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the point of payment. EduQuest reserves the right to update this policy at any time; the current version will always be available on our website.
